对无锡市发展民营科技企业的思考

摘　　要：民营科技企业作为经济体制改革以来在多元经济发展过程的一种创新 ,其在经济发展中起着越来越重要的作用。积极发展民营科技企业将成为促进无锡市经济增长方式转变、实现曾以“苏南模式”闻名的乡镇企业的第二次创业、继续保持无锡市经济稳定高速增长的不可忽视的一项重要举措。As a creation in period of economic system reformation, Civil Corporation of Science and Technology (CCS&T) is more and more important in economy development. Developing CCS&T actively will become a concernful measure to converse mode of economy advance, and keep economy advance unceasingly. At the same time, CCS&T is a key to perk Villages and Town Corporation of Wuxi city up renewedly. In this article, our opinion is that perfect policy system and create risk funds are basic measures to develop CCS&T.
