文化传统对图书馆员观念和行为的影响

摘　　要：文化是人类社会生活中物质文明和精神文明的总和 ,而文化传统是民族文化产生、继承和发展的一种模式 ,它是民族文化多年的积淀 ,渗透于一个民族群体的行为中 ,具有鲜明的特色。图书馆和从事图书馆事业的图书馆员 ,既是文化的贮存、延续和传播者 ,又是文化的选择、吸收和加工者。因此 ,在社会文化继承和发展的传递历程中 ,图书馆员群体的观念和行为必然受到民族文化传统的影响 ,反过来也对民族文化传统产生影响。本文对此从民族的文化传统和现实的社会文化发展方面 ,以图书馆员群体行为模式进行探讨 。Culture is the sum of material civilization and moral civilization in the life of human society. The culture traditional culture is a kind of mode that the national culture is produced, inherited and developed. It is the accumulated into national culture in many years and is permeated into the behavior of the nationality, which has a special features. Libraries and librarians are the places and workers not only for culture being stored, continued and propagated,but also for the culture being selected, absorbed and processed. Therefore, the conception and behavior of librarians must be affected by the tradition of national culture and inverse in the transform process of the social culture being inherited and developed. The culture characteristic and the behavior mode of librarians are researched according to affects of the tradition of national culture and development of the social culture.
