模糊综合评价法在区块油藏经营决策中的应用

摘　　要：应用模糊综合评价方法 ,建立了区块油藏在开发技术水平指标、采油成本指标、经营管理水平指标和区块经营综合效益方面的排序。实例分析表明模糊综合评价方法是评价采油企业区块油藏综合效益的有效途径。To evaluate the operational beneit of petroleum pool, this paper proposes an approach to establish the relative degree of operational benefit targets to excellence.The Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is applied to set up the rank series of ten petroleum pools from good operational benefit to bad operational benefit in regard of exploitative level ,product cost and management level.On the basis of rank series,causes for bad operational benefit and some countermeasures to improve are analyzed. It is proved that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a new feasible way to evaluate the operation benefit of petroleum pool.
