犬胰右叶缺血后病理变化的观察及意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨晚期胰腺癌缺血治疗的可能性及安全性。方法　术中结扎犬胰十二指肠前、后动脉、胰尾动脉。观察缺血后动物的生存状况及胰腺、十二指肠病理改变。结果　实验用犬存活良好 ,胰腺缺血后胰腺各型细胞坏死 ,纤维组织增生 ;十二指肠粘膜轻度萎缩。结论　结扎胰十二指肠前、后动脉及胰尾动脉后胰腺各型细胞坏死 ,动物术后均能存活 ,十二指肠无严重并发症。说明缺血治疗胰腺癌安全可行。Objective Disscussing the safety and feasibility of ischemic treatiment to advanced pancreatic carcinoma.Mothods Ligated the anterior、posterior and rear pancreaticoduodenal artery,observed the state of animals survival and the pathology change of dog's pancreas and duodenum after ischemic operation.Results All the experiment dogs were alive good after ischemic operation;All sorts of pancreatic cell were necrosis and replaced by fiber tissue;Duodenali's mucosa was wither slightly.Conclusion All sorts of pancreatic cells were necrosis,but the experiment dogs were alive and duodenum was no serious complication after the ischemic operation.The ischemic teatment to advanced pancreatic carcinoma is safety and practicable.
