摘  要:目的 :观察电刺激下丘脑室旁核 (PVN)对大鼠胃缺血再灌注损伤 (GI RI)的影响及形态学变化。方法 :采用电刺激、电解损毁 PVN的手段 ,以夹闭大鼠腹腔动脉 30分钟、松开恢复血液灌注 1小时制备胃缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,计算胃黏膜损伤指数和病理损伤积分 ,同时进行光镜、电镜的组织形态学观察。结果 :夹闭大鼠腹腔动脉 30分钟、再灌注 1小时后可造成胃黏膜的明显损伤 ,电刺激 PVN后 GI RI明显减轻 ,而电解损毁 PVN则能加重胃黏膜损伤。结论 :PVN参与了对 GI RI的调控 ,是对 GIObjective:To investigate the effect of electrical stimulation of hypothalamus paraventricular nucleus (PVN) on gastric ischemiareperfusion injury (GIRI) in rats.Methods:After producing a lesion of PVN with electrical stimulation or electrolysis,the rat celiac artery was clamped for 30 minutes and then released.Sixty minutes after the reperfusion,the gastric mucosa damage index and pathologic lesion scores were counted,and the lesion extent was observed by microscope and electron microscope.Results:A definite lesion could be produced by clamping the celiac artery for 30 minutes and reperfusion for one hour.Electrical stimulation of the PVN,however,alleviated the lesion,while electrolytic lesion of the PVN aggravated it.Conclusions: PVN could regulate GIRI ,so it is an important brain site protecting against GIRI.
