摘　　要：目的 :了解胸腺肽α1(thymosinalpha 1Tα1)对原发性肝癌 (PHC)患者血清可溶性白细胞介素 6受体 (sIL 6R)、可溶性gp130 (sgp130 )的影响。方法 :采用双抗体夹心ELISA法观察 10例HCC经Tα1联合动脉插管化疗栓塞(TACE)治疗后血清sIL 6R、sgp130的动态改变。结果 :PHC患者血清sIL 6R、sgp130水平较对照组 (NC组 )明显升高 ,Tα1联合TACE治疗后PHC患者生存率提高 ,治疗结束后sIL 6R、sgp130水平较单用TACE明显下降。结论 :监测sIL 6R、sgp130水平能反映HCC患者的免疫功能及判定预后 ;Tα1联合TACE能提高患者生存率。Objective: To study the effect thymosin alpha 1(Tα 1) on the serum soluble interleukin 6 receptor (sIL 6R) and soluble interleukin 6 receptor β strands (sgp 130) in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma (PHC).Methods: The content of sIL 6R and sgp130 was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)method in patients with PHC treated by transcatheter arterial chemoemboliation (TACE) combined with Tα 1.Results: The content of sIL 6R and sgp130 in serum in the patients with PHC was significant higher than that in normal controls (NC group).The survival rates of the patients with PHC treated by TACE and Tα 1 was raised siginficantly.The content of sIL 6R and sgp130 in serurn in the patients with PHC(treated by TACE and Tα 1 was signifiantly than that in the patients treated by TACE.)Conclusion: The serum level of sIL 6R and sgp130 may reflect immune efect and prognosis in the patients with PHC.Treatment of PHC with TACE and Tα 1 can raise the survival rates of the patients with PHC
