摘　　要：动态联盟建立过程中的伙伴选择是一个关键问题 ,为解决该问题 ,本文运用人工智能知识 ,对问题进行了分析 ,提出了企业资源信息的表达方法、伙伴企业的选择决策方法 ,并给出了决策系统的实现方式。Selecting partners is a key factor in the establishment phase of virtual enterprise. Artificial intelligence is applied to deal with the problem. The expressing way of enterprises resources information and the support decision method of selecting partners are proposed. How to make the system come true is also put forward.
