摘 要:为观察鼠胎肝细胞对肿瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响 ,通过建立S-180 肉瘤小鼠动物模型 ,并以鼠肝细胞悬液 (FLC)对肿瘤小鼠进行治疗后 ,检测其免疫功能的变化。结果发现鼠胎肝细胞除对胸腺影响差异无显著性外 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;脾脏、吞噬细胞吞噬功能、淋巴细胞转化等差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,抗体形成细胞明显增多 (P <0 .0 5 )。认为胎肝细胞悬液具有提高肿瘤小鼠免疫功能的作用。In order to observe the effect of fetal mouse hepatocyte on the immunological function of mouse neoplasm, an animal model of mouse Sarcoma 180 was set up and the mice were treated with mouse hepatocyte suspension. Afterwards, the changes in immunological function were recorded. Results showed that the fetal mouse cells didn't obviously affect the thymus gland (P>0.05), but they could significantly affect the spleen, the phagocytic function of macrophages and the transformation of lymphocytes (P<0.01). Furthermore, the antibody forming cells were increased in number (P<0.05). This study indicates that fetal hepatocyte suspension can improve the mouse neoplasm immunological function.
