c-erbB-2在不同乳腺病变组织中的表达及其临床意义的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨c erbB 2癌基因蛋白在乳腺组织中的表达及对乳腺癌早期诊断的价值。方法 :采用免疫组化方法检测 170例不同乳腺病变的c erbB 2表达水平。结果 :c erbB 2癌基因的表达与腋淋巴结转移 (P <0 .0 1)和乳腺癌组织学类型有关 ,特别是它在癌前病变中有表达。结论 :c erbB 2癌基因蛋白既可做为乳腺癌早期诊断指标 ,也可作为预后因素的判断。Objective To study expression of c erbB 2.ER.PR in breast organize and its value to breast cancer early diagnosis.Methods One handred seventy cases were studied by immunohistochemical analyses.Results Expression of c erbB 2 is closely related with armpit lymph node′s metastases (P<0.01) and breast cancer type.Specially it was found in breast precancerous lesion.Conclusion c erbB 2 can regard as a target of breast cancer early diagnosis and was used judge to one prognosis factors.
