摘  要:目的 :探讨不能承受手术和晚期肺癌组织内介入治疗的动物模型 ,研究临床应用价值。方法 :应用C57小鼠 ,接种Lewis肺癌。实验组癌组织内注入癌枯 ,阳性对照组注入 5 FU ,观察肿瘤生长状况及病理形态变化 ,检测WBC、PLT、ALT、BUN ,了解对机体的影响。结果 :实验组抑瘤率 50 57% ,与阳性对照组 4 9 91%相近 ,WBC、PLT ,体重变量 (13× 10 9/L、6 12× 10 9/L、+0 4 6g)与阳性对照组 (3 9× 10 9/L、16 9× 10 9/L、- 5 2 0g)比较 ,差异有极显著性 (P <0 0 1)。 31例不能手术和晚期肺癌患者 ,瘤体内注药后 ,肿瘤细胞死亡 ,肿瘤缩小 1/ 2以上 7例 (2 2 6 % ) ,1/ 2~ 1/ 313例 (4 1 3% )。治疗后手术切除 8例 ,不能手术患者咯血、咳痰、胸痛、胸闷等症状明显减轻或消失。结论 :肺癌组织内介入治疗对不能手术和晚期病例有一定疗效。Objective To evaluation experiece and application of Ai Cu for lung carcinoma at the late stage by transcutaneous injection.Methods (Lewis lung cancer)was injcted into C 57 mice.AI Cu was injected into cancer tissue in experimental group and 5 FU was injected in positive group.Growth condition and pathologic variation were observed.WBC,PLT,ALT and BUN were detected to study their influence for the body.Results Inhibitive rate of primary tumor was 50 57% in experimentl group similar to the positive group(49 91%).There was a statistically significant( P <0 01) especially in WBC,PLT and Wt variance between two groups.31 patients with unresected lung cancer at the late stage were treated.tumor remission>1/2 tumor was found in 7 cases (22 6%),1/2 to 1/3 in 13 cases(41 3%).8 cases were resected by surgery and the resectability was increased after treatment.Symptoms of chest pain,cough,emptysis,pleura etc.were diminished of disappeared in the patients with unresected tumors.Conclusion Application of Ai Cu for lung cancer by transcutaneous injection seems to be an effctive method to treat the patients at the late stage or cases with unresected tumors.
