摘　　要：目的 :探讨大面积不规则野照射与累及野照射对非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (non Hodgkinlymphoma ,NHL)的疗效。方法 :对大面积不规则野照射 (2 0例 ) +化疗与累及野照射 (2 0例 ) +化疗治疗NHL的疗效进行前瞻性随机分组治疗。结果 :两组患者的 5年生存率、近期急性反应及局控率基本相同 ,而累及野远期后遗效应则少于大面积野。结论 :对NHL的治疗 ,累及野照射与大面积照射的疗效相似 ,但累及野照射的远期放射并发症明显降纸。Objective To observe the effects of radiotherapy with fields large irregular field and involved field on NHL.Methods From April 1993 to May 1995,42 cases with NHL Diagnosed in our hospital were randomized divided into two groups,one group were treated with involved field radiotherapy plus chemotherapy and the other group with large irregular field radiotherapy plus chemotherapy.There were 20 cases in the first group,and 22 in the second.Results In frequency of acute radiative reaction,local contral rate and five year survival rate,there was almost no difference between two groups,however,the late effect of treatment in the involved field group was significantly better than that in large irregular field.Clinical stage was an important factor influencing the treatment outcome.Conclusion Involved field radiotherapy is more economic and more easy to be applo. compared with Large irregular field radiotherapy in treatment of NHL.and there is a comparable effect.
