摘　　要：目的 :观察、分析OK 4 32在晚期乳腺癌治疗中的近期疗效。方法 :选择我院门诊就医的晚期乳腺癌患者 18例 ,应用OK 4 32作临床治疗 ,取病情相似的患者 10例作统计配对 ,观察其治疗效果并作分析。结果 :治疗组的有效率为 94 .5% ,对照组中除 1例稳定外 ,其他病例的病情均恶化。OK 4 32的治疗效果明显好于对照组。结论 :OK 4 32治疗晚期乳腺癌的近期疗效优于一般支持治疗。Objective To observe and analyze the recent curative effects of OK 432 in 18 cases with advanced breast cancer.Methods The 18 patients suffering from advanced breast cancer were treated with OK 432,and the other 10 cases in the similar state of illness were then chosen for statistical control so as to observe the effect of the treatment.Result The effectve rate of the treated group is 87.5% while in the contrasted group,with one case remaining stable,rest of the cases deteriorated in their state of illness,which indicate the obvious effect of the treatment with OK 432.Conclusions The recent curative effect OK 432 is better than that of normal supportive therapy in the patients with advanced breast cancer.
