膀胱移行细胞癌中促凋亡基因bak mRNA的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的 :研究促凋亡基因bak在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达 ,探讨bak基因在膀胱移行细胞癌发生演变过程中的意义。方法 :应用原位分子杂交方法检测 5 2例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的bakmRNA的分布与表达。结果 :5 2例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中bak基因mRNA表达的阳性率为 5 7.7% ,其阳性率随膀胱癌病理分级、临床分期的上升而降低。结论 :促凋亡基因bak在大多数膀胱移行细胞癌组织中有不同程度的表达 ,bak基因可能参与膀胱移行细胞癌的凋亡调节 ,并与膀胱移行细胞癌组织的分化有关。Objective:To elucidate the expression of proapoptosis gene bak in bladder transitional cell carcinoma and the significan ce of bak gene in bladder transitional cell carcinoma genesis.Meth ods :The expression of bak gene mRNA in 52 cases of bladder transition al cell carcinoma was detected by in situ molecular hybridization.Results:The results showed that the total positive rate of bak gen e mRNA was 57.7%;the worse the grading and staging,the lower the presence of ba k gene mRNA.Conclusion:The results suggest that pr oapoptosis gene bak are differently expressed in most bladder transitional cel l carcinoma,bak gene may take part in the modulation of apoptosis in bladder tra nsitional cell carcinoma and the expression of bak mRNA is closely related with the degree of bladder transitional cell carcinoma tissue differentiation.
