摘 要:以 Streptomycesavermitilis ATCC312 72和它的突变株为试验菌株进行 avermectins发酵培养基的研究。最初筛选到的发酵培养基中必需加入番茄酱和鲜酵母 ,进一步通过对 170多种发酵培养基的筛选实验 ,选择出一种以淀粉、酵母粉、豆饼粉和无机盐为营养物的培养基 ,并以它为基础研究了碳源、氮源、无机盐等对 avermectins生物合成的影响。经多次培养基的优化试验 ,突变株 Sa- 76 - 9摇瓶发酵效价达 35 0 0~40 0Streptomyces avermitilis ATCC31272 and its mutants were used with a medium which primarily contained tomato paste and fresh yeast as control. By shaking flask fermentation experiments, a modified medium which contained starch, dry yeast, soy bean meal and inorganic salts was selected from over 170 different compositions of media. A Sa 76 9 mutant strain was selected from Streptomyces avermitilis ATCC31272 by combined treatment of high energy electronic current and nitroso guanidine. The cultural characteristics, and the effect of various carbon and nitrogen sources as well as inorganic salts of the mutant on the modified medium were studied.By adjusting the optimum fermentation condition, the titer of avermectin produced by Sa 76 9 mutant strain reached 3500~4000 μg/ml.
