卵巢浆液性肿瘤的细胞凋亡研究

摘　　要：目的 :通过对 2 5例卵巢浆液性肿瘤的细胞凋亡研究 ,分析其性质与凋亡的关系。　方法 :用原位末端标记法检测细胞凋亡。　结果 :浆液性囊腺瘤凋亡率为 10 %以下 ,浆液性囊腺癌凋亡率为 38% ,凋亡细胞呈灶状分布 ,无规律性。　结论 :卵巢浆液性良、恶性肿瘤都存在细胞凋亡 ,但恶性肿瘤凋亡率相对较高。Objective To explore the relationship of ovarian serous tumour's nature and apoptosis by observing 25 cases of ovarian serous tumour's apoptosis.Methods:Use of in situ end_labeling method to detect apoptosis.Results:Apoptosis rate of serous cystadenoma was less 10% and that of serous cystadenocarcinoma was 38%,cells of programmed death were distributed as plaques,irregularly.Conclusion:Apoptosis occurred both in the serous benignant and in the serous malignant tumours,but the apoptosis rate of the latter was more higher comparatively.
