摘　　要：目的 :研究胸腺蛋白对十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效。方法 :应用胸腺蛋白口服治疗 36例十二肠球部溃疡。结果 :疼痛缓解率为 75 .8% ,四周愈合率为 6 1.1% ,总有效率为 83.3%。与雷尼替丁对照组相比无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :胸腺蛋白治疗十二指肠溃疡有明显疗效且服药过程中患者耐受性好 ,无明显副作用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect on duodenal ul cer with the treatment of oral liquid thymus protein.Methods:36 cases of duodena l ulcer were treated with thymus protein.The effect was analyzed.Results:The pai n remission rate and the heal rate were 75.8% and 61.1%,respectively.The total e ffective rate was 83.3%.No significant difference was found as compared to Leini tiding treatment group ( P >0.05).Conclusion:A good effect is obtained when tr eating duodenal ulcer with thymus protein.During the treatment,the bearing of pa tients is good and no side effect is found.
