摘　　要：目的　研究中国人 β3肾上腺素能受体 (ADRβ3)基因Trp64Arg突变对肥胖、血脂、血压、心率等的影响。方法　对受检者 198人进行ADRβ3基因Trp64Arg突变基因型的检测 ,并测体重指数 (BMI)、血糖、血脂、血压 ,心率等。结果　本调查组 β3肾上腺素能受体基因Trp64Arg突变率为 2 0 .2 0 % ,BMI增高与其基因突变有关。基因突变者血脂偏低。结论　ADRβ3基因突变参与中国人体重的增加和血脂水平的调节 ,与血压。Objective To investigate the influence of Trp64Arg mutation of β 3 adrenergic receptor on obesity, plasma lipid, blood pressure and heart rate.Methods Genotype of Trp64Arg mutation of ADR β 3 gene and several clinical variables including body mass index BMI, plasma glucose, plasma lipid, blood pressure, heart rate and so on were determined in 198 Chinese who took their physical examinations.Results The frequency of Trp64Arg mutation of ADR β 3 gene in above 198 Chinese was 20.20%. The mutation of ADR β 3 gene was found to have some associations with the increase of BMI. Individuals with Trp64Arg mutation of ADR β 3 gene were also found to have lower plasma lipid levels.Conclusion The mutation of ADR β 3 seems to be related with over weight. It also seems to have association with plasma lipid regulation. But it has no relation with blood pressure or heart rate.
