摘　　要：制度创新是乡镇企业制度最具重要意义的变迁。面对 2 1世纪国内市场的竞争和“入世”的挑战 ,乡镇企业要长期生存和持续发展 ,就必须进行制度创新。通过产权制度、组织制度、领导制度、劳动人事和分配制度的创新 ,构建适应市场经济发展和现代企业制度要求的乡镇企业制度 ,才能使乡镇企业在新知识经济时代再创佳绩 ,再铸辉煌。System innovation is the most important change in the township enterprises. Faced with domestic competition and the challenge in China's entrance into the WTO, township enterprises must undertake a mechanism innovation in order to gain a sustainable development. Through an innovation in the structure of property right, organization, leadership, personnel and distribution, the enterprises willbe able to set up a new mechanism adaptive to the market economy and modern enterprise system.
