摘　　要：南宋著名格律派词人吴文英之《梦窗词》幽邃丽密，索解甚难。本文就其１０首词的文本解读，提出了与杨铁夫、陈洵、刘永济等著名学者不同的商榷意见。The book 'Mengchuang Ci Poetry', composed by Wu Wen-ying, the famous ci poet of Metrical School in South Song Dynastry, is full of obscurities and quite difficult to understand. Over almost seven hundred years, none of scholars could make notes to it and give explanations for those ci poems until the appearance of some modern researchers, such as ZHU Xiao-zang, YU Bi-yun, CHEN Xun, XIA Cheng-tao, YANG Tie -fu and Liu Yong-ji.
