摘　　要：本文系统地介绍了电子雕刻机的基本结构及工作过程,并详尽地分析了电子雕刻机的控制方法及相应的控制理论依据,其中包括扫描采样点和雕刻网点的位置控制、雕刻网点的深度及形状控制。本文采用的光栅控制法是对电子雕刻机控制理论的重要发展。This paper systematicaly describes the basic structure and work process of the electro-graving machine, and analyzes in greater detail its control method and theory including the position control of scanning sampling points and graving points, the depth and form control of graving points. The grating control method given in this paper is an important development for control theory of electro-graving machine.
