摘  要:报道了由HPAM和金属离子、酚醛树脂组成的胶态分散凝胶 (CDG)的基本组成、形成条件和性能参数 ,介绍了冀中河间马 2 1断块间 145井组CDG调驱设计要点 (注入压力 ,段塞组成、注入量及注入工艺 )及实施情况 ,分析了该井组CDG调驱结果。调驱液包括前置段塞 [聚合物 /复合交联剂浓度为 12 0 0 / 2 40mg/L)、主段塞 (80 0 / 10 0 )及后置段塞 (10 0 0 / 2 0 0 ) ,总量 32 0 0m3 ],注入时间 2 4天 ,后续注水。间 145井注入CDG后 ,对应 3口油井先后见效 ,产油量增加 ,含水大幅度减小 ,水驱特征曲线表明后续水驱的波及效率和驱油效率都有所提高。An HPAM/metal ion/phenolic resin colloidal dispersion gel(CDG) is outlined for its basic composion, formation conditions and performance properties; the features(injection pressure, volume, plug structure, and technologic aspects) of CDG flood design at well net J 145 of fault block MA 21, Hejian, central Hebei, are described and an analysis of the results of the pilot test on CDG flood at well net J 145 is given. The flooding fluid consists of a pad slug (polymer/combinational crosslinker concentration in mg/L 1 200/240), a main slug(800/100), and a post slug(1 000/200). Injection into well J 145 of the CDG fluid in amount 3 200 m 3 over 24 days followed by water flood leads to increased oil productivity and dramatically decreased water cut in 3 production wells. It is shown that the CDG injected has improved both the sweeping and oil displacing effeciencies of successive flooding water. The CDG pitol test is economically benificial.
