摘  要:合成了新显色剂对硝基苯酚偶氮罗丹宁 [5 (5 硝基 2 羟基苯偶氮 )罗丹宁 ],并研究了与Au(Ⅲ )的显色反应。在H3PO4 介质及在混合表面活性剂OP +CTMAB存在下 ,Au(Ⅲ )与该试剂形成 1∶5的橙色络合物 ,最大吸收峰λmax=4 80nm ,摩尔吸光系数ε =2 .0× 10 6 L·mol- 1·cm- 1。Au(Ⅲ )含量在 0~ 1.2 μg/2 5ml内符合比耳定律。方法的灵敏度高 ,选择性好 ,直接用于含Au(Ⅲ )废水中金的测定 。A new reagent 5-(2-hydroxy-5-nitrophenylazo)-rhodanine was synthesized. The colour reaction of the new reagent with gold(Ⅲ) was studied. In a H 3PO 4 medium and in the presence of mixed surfactants OP+ CTMAB , gold(Ⅲ) reacts with the new reagent to form an orange 1∶5 complex, having its absorption maxima at 480nm with a mloar absorptivity of 2.0×10 6L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s law is obeyed for gold(Ⅲ) in the range of 0~1 2μg/25ml. The proposed method is highly sensitive and selective, which has been applied to the determination of gold(Ⅲ) in waster water with satisfactory results.
