柑桔锈螨的扫描电镜样品制备技术探讨

摘　　要：采用常规制样方法、离心法、锇酸熏蒸法和直接装台法对柑桔锈螨进行制样 结果表明 ,直接装台法和锇酸熏蒸法的效果理想 ,从经济角度考虑 。Conventional preparation technique, centrifugation, fumigation of 0smium tetroxide and putting the mites on the copper sample table directly were studied The resu1ts showed that putting the mites on the copper sample table directly andfumigation of 0smium tetroxide were idea1. Putting the mites on the copper sample table directly was considered better for economica1 factor.
