摘　　要：企业网络组织作为一种介于市场和企业之间的新的经济活动制度安排 ,近年来在理论和实践方面都得到了迅速发展。它的出现改变了企业理论的研究重心 ,甚至对整个经济学产生了巨大的影响。本文阐述了企业网络组织的有关概念及其思想的渊源 ,并且从分工与专业化、交易成本、资源外取与共同管理。As a new kind of arrangement of economic action between markets and hierarchies, firm's network has got rapid development in both theory and practice. Its appearance changes the study emphasis of firm's theory. It even has great influence to whole economics. This paper demonstrates the concept of firm's network and its theoretic sources; and then, it discusses the theoretic bases of firm's network in the angles of Division and Specialization, Costs of transaction, Out sourcing and Common governance, as well as Competition and Team work.
