摘　　要：通过比较研究的方式探讨刑事辩护的实质内容──辩护的有效性问题。特别是分析应当如何看待刑事辩护人在辩护过程中出现的失误和疏忽，以及犯罪嫌疑人、被告人的合法权益能否得到有效救济和保障等。The present paper delves into the essential content of criminal defense──the effectiveness of defense, analyses the proper ways of treating errors and negligence of criminal defenders in their courses of defense and discusses the issues of whether suspects′and defendants′legitimate rights and interests can obtain effective counsel assistance and safeguard.
