摘 要:目的 :探讨微血管密度 (Microvesseldensity ,MVD)及nm2 3基因蛋白表达与鼻咽癌复发转移关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学S -P法检测了 73例鼻咽癌 (NasopharyngealCarcinoma ,NPC)组织中的微血管密度、血管内皮生长因子 (Vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)及nm2 3基因蛋白表达。结果 :NPC中复发转移者或伴有颈部淋巴结转移者的MVD及VEGF表达显著升高 ,而nm2 3基因蛋白表达则较无复发转移者或不伴有颈部淋巴结转移者的低。结论 :NPC的MVD及nm2 3、VEGF与其浸润和转移密切相关 ,有可能作为判断肿瘤生物学行为、转移潜能及预后指标。Objective:To study the relationship between expressions of nm23 and tumor angiogenesis and metastasis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).Methods:MVD and expressions of nm23 and VEGF in specimens of 73 patients with NPC were detected by immunohistochemical S-P stainning.All patients were followed-up for 3 year.Results:MVD and expressions of VEGF in recurrence and/or metastasis NPC were higher than that of non-recurrence or metastasis NPC,while expression of nm23 protein was lower.The expressions of VEGF correlated with tumor angiogenesis.Conclusions:MVD and expression of VEGF and nm23 gene are closely correlated with metastasis of NPC,which may serve as a parameter for determining tumor biological metastatic potential and prognosis.
