摘  要:目的 研究乳腺癌中bcl- 2癌基因的表达情况 ,探讨该基因对乳腺癌生物学行为的影响。方法 应用S -P免疫组织化学方法对 47例乳腺癌石蜡包埋组织进行检测 ,研究乳腺癌组织中bcl- 2基因的表达率、表达特点及与临床病理的关系。结果 在人的乳腺癌中bcl- 2蛋白阳性染色位于细胞胞浆中和核膜上 ,阳性表达率为 5 7.4% ;bcl- 2基因阳性表达与患者年龄、有无淋巴结转移以及临床病理分期无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;与乳腺癌组织学分级呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,高分化组bcl- 2表达率低于中、低分化组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 bcl -Objective To study the expression of bcl-2 oncogene products in human breast cancer and the effect of bcl-2 oncogene on the biological behaviour of breast tumors. Methods Using immunohistochemical method,the expression of bcl-2 oncogene in 47 cases of breast cancer tissue fixed paraffin were detected.Meanwhile,the expression rate and expression features of bcl-2 oncogene and their relation to the clinical pathology were studied.Results The postive staining of bcl-2 protein in human breast tumor tissue was located in cytoplasma and nuclear membrane,and the postive rate was 57.4%.The expression of bcl-2 oncogene was unrelated to the age of patient and metastasis of tumor and clinicopathological stages(P>0.05). A significant postive correlation was seen between bcl-2 expression and histological grade(P<0.05). The bcl-2 products in high differentiation group was lower than that in middle and low differentiation group(P<0.01).Conclusion The bcl-2 oncogene might be involved in the biological behaviors by suppressing the apoptosis of breast cancer cells.
