摘  要:目的探讨急性脑缺血时肾微循环的超微结构改变。方法结扎颈总动脉建立急性脑缺血模型。动物随机分组 ,用常规超薄切片技术制样电镜观察。结果急性脑缺血时肾脏肾小球毛细血管有明显缺血性改变 ,中药治疗组结构基本正常。结论急性脑缺血引起循环功能紊乱 ,可以导致肾小球毛细血管微循环失调 。Objective To discuss the ultrastructure changes of renal microcirculation while acute cerebral ischemia occurs.Methods Rats were randomized into groups and then the models of acute cerebral ischemia were made by ligating common carotid artery. Their routine ultrathin sections were observed by electron microscope.Results the signifcant changes were observed in glomerular capillaries of acute cerebral ischemic groups while almost no changes in the groups treated by Chinese herbs. Conclusions Acute cerebral ischemia can cause circulatory disturbance including microcirculatory disturbance of glomerular capillary which can be improved by Chinese herbs.
