摘　　要：目的　研究和评价经数字减影造影术 (DSA)介入后手术治疗骶骨肿瘤的价值。方法　 2 4例骶骨肿瘤术前经双侧髂内动脉行DSA介入治疗 ,介入后 1周内行手术切除肿瘤。结果　全部病例肿瘤均顺利切除 ,术中出血减少 ,平均出血量为 12 0 0ml;2 0例获随访 ,平均随访 2 8个月 ,仅 1例局部复发 ,2例恶性肿瘤死亡。结论　经DSA介入后手术治疗骶骨肿瘤 。Objective To study and evaluate the significance of surgical removal of sacral tumor after bilateral internal iliac arterial treatment with digital subtraction angiography (DSA). Methods 24 cases of sacral tumor were treated with DSA through bilateral internal iliac arteria. Sacral tumor was removed by operation after DSA in a week. Results Blood loss was decreased markedly in all cases during surgery, and the tumors were removed completely. The average blood loss was 1 200 ml . 20 cases were followed up for 28 months on average. 1 recurrence and 2 matastasis of the tumor were found. Conclusion Preoperative DSA is effective in decreasing intraoperative blood loss and operative complications.
