摘　　要：本文首先介绍了电子舌的概念、人工味觉结构和发展概况 ,其中重点介绍了几种电子舌的原理和结构、电子舌模式识别的发展状况、一些典型的应用例子 ,最后介绍了电子鼻与电子舌集成化应用 ,以及今后电子舌的应用前景和展望 .This paper first introduces the notion of electronic tongue, artificial gustatory structure and its development survey, especially the principles and structures of some electronic tongues, pattern recognition and some typical applications. Last, it introduces that the application of integration of electronic tongue and electronic nose and prospect the application blueprint applying electronic tongue.
