慢性粒细胞白血病患者血清乳酸脱氢酶的变化

摘　　要：目的　探讨慢性粒细胞白血病 (CML )患者血清乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH)的变化及 L DH与其他预后因素的关系。　方法　检测 6 8例 CML患者血清 L DH及其同工酶 ,分析 L DH与患者临床特征、外周血、骨髓细胞学和bcr- abl基因表达 (P2 10 )的关系。　结果　 CML患者的血清 L DH及其同工酶均有不同程度的升高 ,并与血白细胞、P2 10、骨髓增生程度、脾肿大有关 ,但与血红蛋白、血小板、肝肿大、年龄和性别无关。　结论　检测血清 L DH有助于 CML的诊断和预后评估。Objective\ To investigate the change of serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) and its relationship with other prognostic factors in patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia(CML).\ Methods\ LDH and its isoenzyme were measured in 68 cases of CML.\ The relationship between the enzyme level and clinical features, peripheral blood leukocyte count, bone marrow cellularity as well as P210 positive cell percentage of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(P210%) were analysed.\ Results\ The average values of LDH and its isoenzyme increased in CML patients, which were significantly associated with peripheral blood leukocyte count, bone marrow cellularity, spleen size and P210%.\ No significant association was found between the enzyme and Hb, Plt, liver size, age as well as sex.\ Conclusion\ Analysis of the LDH mye be helpful in the diagnosis and prognosis of CML.\;
