摘  要:目的 探讨低能量氦氖激光血管内照射 (ILIB)治疗对急性脑梗死患者血清神经元特异性稀醇化酶 (Neuron -specificenolase,NSE)含量及神经功能恢复的影响。 方法  42例急性脑梗死患者随机分为A、B两组 ,两组的基础治疗相同 ,A组加用ILIB治疗 10次。两组分别在病后 3d内、14d测定血清NSE水平和神经功能缺损程度。另选 2 1名年龄、性别相匹配健康体检者为对照组。结果病后 3d内 ,A、B两组血清NSE水平明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;A、B组间血清NSE水平及神经功能缺损程度差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。病后 14d ,A、B两组血清NSE水平均显著降低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,神经功能缺损程度明显减轻 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;但A组变化比B组更明显 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 ILIB治疗能改善急性脑梗死后神经组织的修复 。Objective To explore the effect of intravascular low-energy He-Ne laser irradiation on blood(ILIB) for serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE) and neural function recovery in acute cerebral infarction(ACI) patients.Methods 42 cases with ACI were randomly assigned into A group and B group:Their basic treatments of two group were similar.Based in the treatments,the ILIB therapy was added to A group for 10 days.The serum NSE and neural function deficit were determined on the 3rd day and 14th day after onset respectively.In addition,21 healthy people were as controls.Results On the 3rd day after onset,the levels of serum NSE of A and B group were obviously higher than those of control group (P< 0.001) ,but the serum NSE and neural function deficit between the A group and B group weren't difference markedly(P>0.05)。On the 14th day after onset,the serum NSE of two groups all reduced( P< 0.001 ),the neural function deficit was significantly decreased,too(P<0.001).The change of A group was greater than that of B group (P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that the IILB can improve the repair of neural tissues and recovery of neural function for ACI patients.
