摘　　要：目的　观察低能量氦氖激光血管内照射 (ILIB)配合泼尼松综合治疗面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法　对两组各 46例面神经麻痹患者分别采用常规泼尼松治疗和加用ILIB进行综合治疗 ,两周后对其疗效进行评价。结果　ILIB治疗组治愈率 2 2 % ,有效率 87% ;常规治疗组治愈率 13% ,有效率 6 7% (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　加用ILIB配合泼尼松综合治疗面神经麻痹疗效优于常规的激素疗法。Objective To observe the efficacy of intravascular He-Ne laser irradiation on blood(ILIB) combined with prednison comprehensive treartment for Bell's palsy.Methods 92 cases with Bell's palsy were divided into two groups:46 cases,based on the prednison therapy,were treated with ILIB(known as ILIB group),another 46 cases were only treated with prednison and other drugs(control group).After two weeks,the effects were evaluated.Results It was found that the cure rate and effective rate of ILIB group was 22% and 87% compared the 13% and 67% of control group respectiveiy(P<0.05).Conclusion It is shown that the effect of ILIB and prednison comprehensive treatment is superior to the effect of single prednison therapy for Bell's palsy
