摘　　要：本文针对现有统计制度与数据 ,构造了一套实用的企业技术创新能力评价指标体系 ,并采用模糊聚类分析方法建立了企业技术创新能力多层次的分解评价模型。最后以河北省 5个城市大中型工业企业为样本进行了实证研究 。Based on actual statistical system a nd date,this paper constructs a set of practical index system on enterprise's t echnology innovation ability and sets up a model for the evaluation by the mean of fuzzy cluster analysis. At last, as a sample, large and medium sized industr ial enterprises belonging to five cities in Hebei province have been analyzed,an d some beneficial conclusions have been derIved from the research.
