摘  要:以液体石蜡为分散介质,聚乙二醇为分散剂,水溶性淀粉为接枝骨架、Ce4+=Ce3+为引发体系,用W/O悬浮聚合法合成了AGU-PAM-PAANa-PAA三元接枝共聚吸水膨胀凝胶微珠。研究了搅拌速度及分散剂用量对微珠的平均粒径、成珠剂用量对成珠率、交联剂用量对吸水膨胀性能的影响;考查了 AGU、 AM、AA的用量及AA被NaOH中和度与凝胶强度及抗盐能力的关系;测定了吸水凝胶微珠在不同浓度的盐水溶液中的体积变化行为。Used liquid paraffin as the dispersed phase, polyethylene glycol as the dispersing agent, water-soluble starch as a grafting backbone, N, N'-methylene-bisacrylamide as a crosslinking agent, Ce4+Ce3+ as a cyclic initiator system, the water-absorbing swelled gel-bead composed of AGU-PAM -PAANa-PAA ternary grafted copolymer is synthesized by using W/O suspension graft polymerization. The effect of stirring speed and the effects of adding amount of dispersant agent, crosslinking agent and bead-forming agent on the average diameter of the beads and on the weight of beads are studied. The relationship of the amount of crosslinking agent and the power of water-absorbing is examined. The volume varied behaviors of the gel-bead in different concentration of the solution of NaCl are also investigated.
