摘　　要：对声表面波器件频率温度特性进行理论分析 ,给出计算方法 。WT5”BZ]Theoretical analyses of the frequency temperature characteristics for surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices are presented. Calculations of the frequency temperature coefficients are performed using iterative computer program. The calculation results are in agreement with experimental ones for JCL cuts of quartz.
