微波热凝治疗宫颈肌瘤61例临床应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨微波热凝治疗宫颈肌瘤的方法及疗效。方法　对 6 1例不同类型的宫颈肌瘤用微波手术器行热凝治疗 ,其中带蒂宫颈肌瘤术时摘除瘤体 ,不带蒂肌瘤中 8例术时剜除瘤体 ,其余均保留瘤体待其自行脱落 ,随访观察局部愈合及临床症状改善情况。结果　 6 1例中术后 2周痊愈 2 5例 ;3周痊愈 2 8例 ;4周后痊愈 8例。全部病例均一次治疗成功 ,症状消失。结论　微波热凝治疗宫颈肌瘤高效、安全、快速、病人容易接受 ,无并发症 。Objective To investigate the methods and clinical effectiveness of microwave coagulation on cervical myoma.Methods All 61 patients with different types of cervical myoma were treated by microwave applicators.The myoma with pedicle and 8 myomas without pedicle were stripped in operation,the rest myomas were reserved and dropped of themseleves hereafter.All patients were followed up for observing the postoperative situation of intention and the clinical syndromes.Results Of the 61 cases, 25 cases were cured in 2 weeks. 28 cases were cured in 3 weeks. 8 cases in 4 weeks. All patients were cured in only one operation.Clinical syndromes disappeared.Conclusion Microwave coagulation has no complications in treating cervical myoma.It is an effective,safty and high speed therapy and has great value to extend the application clinically.
