胃癌中CEA、CAl9-9和CAl25的检测及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的 :研究胃癌及癌前病变患者血清中CEA、CAl9- 9和CAl2 5的水平及其临床意义。方法 :用免疫荧光技术检测 4 0例胃癌患者、35例胃癌术后患者 ,2 0例癌前病变患者和 39例正常人血清中CEA、CAl9- 9和CAl2 5的水平。结果 :胃癌患者血清中CEA、CAl9- 9和CAl2 5的水平分别为 15.2 1土 2 .0 1、51.2 8土 3.2 2和 4 3.2 1土 5.71,阳性率分别为 52 .5%、4 0 %和 6 5% ,联合检测的阳性率为92 .5%。结论 :血清中CEA、CAl9- 9和CAl2 5的检测对胃癌诊断有临床意义 ,联合检测更能提高阳性率 ,且可作为胃癌术后疗效评价和预后判断的指标。Objective:To study the relationship between CEA、CAl9-9 and CA125 and gastric cancer and its clinical value.Method:Serum CEA、CAl9-9 and CA125 were measured by immunofluorescence (IFT) respectively in 40 patients with gastric cancer,20 patients with atrophic gastritis with intenstinalmetaplasia and 40 normal individuals.Results:Taking each of the three tumor marker (CEA、CAl9-9 and CA125) as the diagnostic criteria of gastric cancer,the positiverate was 40%,52.5%,65% respectively.The diagnostic rate of combination assay of 3 markers was 92.5% in gastric cancer Conclusion:The measurement of the three tumor markers might be useful in diagnosis in patients with gastric cancer.but also be useful in monitoring response and in predicting the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer treated with operation.
