Dyract光固化复合体在固定外伤脱位牙中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨Dyract光固化复合体在固定外伤脱位牙中的临床应用效果。方法　收集外伤脱位牙患者 6 5例。其中采用金属丝牙弓夹板固定 35例 ,Dyract固定 30例 ,并对这两种固定方法的疗效进行比较分析。 结果　采用Dyract固定方法的 30例中 ,效果良好的 18例 ,较好的 7例 ,效果差的 5例 ,与金属丝牙弓夹板固定方法的疗效比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　Dyract固定外伤脱位牙是可行的。其操作简便 。Objective The objective of this study was to explore the effect of Dyract (a Light-cure compound) used in the fixture of luxated teeth. Methods 65 out-patients who suffered injuries with teeth luxated were treated and analyzed. 30 cases of them were treated using Dyract to fix their luxated teeth and another 35 cases were treated using dental arch splint and mental wire. Results In 30 cases received the treatment using Dyract, the number of cases which were judged to have 'good', 'moderate' and 'bad' result were 18, 7 and 5 respectively. This results was better than that of using dental arch splint and metal wire (P<0.5). Conclusion Application of Dyract is a feasible method in the fixture of luxated teeth. It is simple, effective and good in esthetic.
