摘　　要：目的　探讨钛网结构在口腔颌面外科术后即刻修复下颌骨缺损的临床应用技术。方法　临床使用钛网结构修复下颌骨缺损共 19例 ,经 9个月～ 3年随访 ,并与同期使用不锈钢板修复的 15例作对照。结果　 19例中有17例术后切口一期愈合 ,口腔功能恢复较好 ,生存质量较大提高 ;2例出现感染 ,创口延期愈合 ,其中 1例行钛网取出。结论　该技术操作方便 ,近远期效果满意 。Objective To study the applied technology of the titanium mesh in immediate reconstruction of mandible defect. Methods All together 19 cases employed the titanium mesh reconstruction of mandible defect, follow up from 9 months to 3 years, then contrasted with 15 cases employed the stainless steel plate in the same time. Results 17 cases out of the 19 got mormal cure of incision, and the rumction of the oral cavity recovered much better, and the life quality improved greatly, and the rest 2 cases appeared inciion infection, thus causing incision fission, one of the infection cases,the titanium mesh wsa taken out. Conclusion The technology makes the operated injury minor and the operation is quite convenient, the effects of the short and long term are quite satisfactory,therefore, this technique is a better approach to immediate reconstruction of mandible defect. However, this technique mainly causes the incision infection and the loose of the titanium mesh.
