摘　　要：通过对产学研结合工作的特点、模式、存在的问题的分析 ,提出了对深化科技。Having analyzed features,mode and existing problems in the cooperative work of producing,teaching and researching,several tentative ideas about deepening technology,education and reform of economic system and quickening cooperation of producing,teaching and researching are put forward.
