摘　　要：研究了喷丸参数对残余压应力的影响 ,分析了喷丸对渗碳层硬度和显微组织的影响 。In this paper the effect of shot peening parameters on automobile carburized steel gears including residual stress,surface micro hardness and micro structure were studied.And the field of residual stress which was relieved by low temperature tempering after shot peening was also discussed.
