热镀锌生产线磁力传动辊两种磁路使用效果的分析

摘　　要：介绍了磁力传动辊在钢管、公路护栏板热镀锌生产线上的应用 ,提出了对磁力传动辊的磁场设计要求 ,分析了新旧两种磁路的结构特点 ,对两种磁路在镀锌生产线上的应用效果进行了对比 ,指出了新型磁路在应用上的优越性。This article introduces the magnetic conveyor used on production line of steel pipe and hot galvanized road protecting plate . It gives out the magnetic field design requirement of magnetic conveyor , analysis the structure characteristics of new and old magnetic route , compares the application effect of two kind of magnetic route used on galvanizing production line, and proposes the new kind of magnetic route superiority on application.
