摘　　要：目的　为研究 1 (2 ,6 二甲基苯氧基 ) 2 (3,4 二甲氧基苯乙氨基 )丙烷盐酸盐 (DDPH)对脑缺血的保护作用。方法　采用大鼠弥漫性不完全性脑缺血模型 ,观察其对海马血流量 ,皮层与海马MDA、SOD含量 ,及病理性改变的影响。结果　DDPH 10mg·kg-1iv可显著提高大鼠缺血 10min、30min时的海马血流量 ,降低MDA含量且提高SOD活力 ,减轻病理性损伤。结论　DDPH可增加大鼠脑缺血时海马部位的血流量 ,提示该药对缺血性脑损伤具体一定的保护作用。AIM To determine the effect of DDPH on blood flow in hippocampus and the contents of MDA and SOD in cortex and hippocampus after whole incomplete brain ischemia in rats. METHODS Using hydrogen gas clearance technique, the blood flow of hippucum in incomplete brain ischemia was determined,which was made by occlusion of both common carotid arteries and hypotension. RESULTS DDPH 10 mg·kg -1 iv enhanced the blood flow in hippocampus and reduced the MDA contents in cortex and hippocampus significantly,at the same time, the activity of SOD improved.CONCLUSION DDPH can increase blood flow of hippocampus and may have protective effects on brain ischemia.
