摘　　要：Smalltalk-80系统是一种面向对象的程序设计环境,其解释器是它的执行机构,用Smalltalk-80语言编写的程序经编译器转换的中间代码主要由它解释执行,本文介绍解释器所涉及的对象及所能执行的中间代码,说明其基本功能和内部实现机制。Smalltalk-80 system is an object-oriented programming environment, and its executive body is the interpreter, which interprets the bytecodes produced from the program in Smalltalk-80 language by the compiler. This paper explains its basic function and inner mechnism of implemention by introducing the objects used in the interpreter and the bytecodes that can be interpreted.
