摘  要:本文通过建立慢性常压和减压低氧大鼠模型 ,采用肌球蛋白ATP酶 (mATP酶 )组化方法将肌纤维分为Ⅰ、ⅡA和ⅡB三种类型和显示毛细血管 ,用计算机图象分析系统测定肌纤维横截面积 (CSA)和毛细血管密度变化 ,观测慢性低氧大鼠膈肌不同类型纤维CSA变化 ,探讨其与毛细血管密度变化的关系。慢性低氧大鼠肌纤维CSA均不同程度缩小 ,CSA缩小与毛细血管密度增加显著相关。膈肌CSA缩小使毛细血管相对密度增加 ,有利于氧运输和弥散 ,膈肌氧化能力增强。To investigate the adaptive changes in cross sectional area of muscle fibers (CSA) and the correlation between CSA and capillary density of the rat costal and crural diaphragm(DIcos and DIcru) in response to chronic hypoxia, rats were exposed to simulated hypobaric hypoxia (5 000 m a s l )and nomobaric hypoxia(10% O 2) for one or three months The histochemical mATPase reaction was used to classify muscle fiber types and to identify capillary Based on the mATPase reation, muscles fibers were classified into I, ⅡA and ⅡB types The CSA of muscle fibers and the capillary density of muscles were measured by the TECBIAS 6803 computer image analysis system After exposure to hypoxia, the CSA of the three muscle fiber types were significantly decreased and the capillary densities of muscles were significantly increased simultaneously in all muscles observed, but the ranges of the changes were different in different muscles The increases of the capillary density were significantly correlated to the decreases of the CSA The increases of the capillary density of muscles may be attributed a lot to the decreases of the CSA of muscle fibers, which could favor the dispersion of oxygen to the muscle fibers of the diaphragm
