锰卟啉与抗坏血酸作用的研究

摘　　要：用分光光度法研究了四苯基卟啉锰 (MnTPPCl)与抗坏血酸 (H2 A)的配位性质 ,测定了平衡常数及热力学性质 ,结果表明 :MnTPPCl与H2 A生成了 1∶2六配位加合物。The interaction between Mn 3+ tetraphenylporphyrin(MnTPPCL)and ascorbic acid (H 2A)in DMF was studied by spectral technique.The equilibrium constants,the enthalpies,and the entropies of the system were measured.The results suggest that MnTPPCl forms 1∶2 adducts with ascorbic acid.
