摘　　要：国际民事诉讼管辖权冲突的存在，不利于国际民商事纠纷的解决，本文通过深入分析产生国际民事诉讼管辖权冲突的根本原因和直接原因，指出应当采用缔结与参加国际条约、科学制定国际民事诉讼管辖权规范、一事不再理原则、非方便法院原则等方法防止和化解管辖权的冲突，并在分析我国现行立法不足的基础上，提出完善我国防止和化解国际民事诉讼管辖权冲突的立法建议。According to the International civil jurisdiction and its solution, the paper analyzes the fundamental causes and direct causes of international civil jurisdiction, puts forward the solutions to these conflicts to participate in the international treaty, to adopt 'non in idem' and 'forum non conveniences.'etc. At last, some problems on the solutions of international civil jurisdiction in Chine and advice to complete the system are raised at last.
