摘　　要：现代教育与培训制度的主要功能在于生产人力资本。人力资本生产制度的市场化 ,意味着价格制度和竞争机制在教育与培训制度中逐步的展开和全面的贯彻。人力资本配置与使用的市场化 ,投资主体需求的多样化和投资结构的复合化 ,以及生产者激励的市场化 。The main function of modern education and training institutions lies in producing human capital.Marketization of institutions of human capital producation means to gradually introduce price system and competitive mechanism to the institutions of education and training,and then completely put into effect.The marketization of human capital distribution and employment,the variety of the demand of investment subjects,the complexity of investment structure,and the marketization of producer's incentives,will inevitably result in the market oriented change of Chinese institutions of human capital producation.
