摘　　要：跨国公司对外直接投资管理工作涉及到资金筹措与资本投放两大战略的制定。为了实现公司长期发展战略 ,跨国公司筹资战略是按成本最低化、经营风险极小化 ,公司财务结构总体最佳来运作的。在投资战略上 ,针对不同的国情、产业、产品 ,在并购与创建之间做出最恰当的选择 。The direct investment and management for the transnational corporations deal with drawing up the strategy of collecting funds and the capital investment. To implement the long\|term strategy, they manage to develop business by the investment strategy based on the lowest cost, the minimum risk, and the best financial performances. They will make the right choice as to annex or set up shop in order to gain the maximum profit and the market share.
